Primary Focus I - Develop an in-depth knowledge of the role nutrition plays in the human body. Weight Loss is 100% manageable through nutritional manipulation. Understanding this process is fundamental to life-long self care.
Primary Focus II - Plan and practice a SUSTAINABLE, self-made nutrition plan that allows for control and manipulation of bodyfat.
Primary Focus III - Weight loss is to be managed from a nutritional perspective. Training is for fixing and strengthening proper movements patterns. Training and Weight Loss will be considered as separate parts of overall fitness. We do not train to "work off" extra weight.
