Training Principles

Primary Focus I - Training is first and foremost about learning a new skill. I seek to provide the knowledge necessary to self-maintain health and strength for life.

Primary Focus II - Full Movement Capability and Correct Execution will always be first priority. Intensity and Performance only yield results when based upon a strong foundation of movement patterns.

Primary Focus III - We train for long term success. Progressive adaptation is the key to sustained change. Simple, effective exercises will be chosen over frivolous, excessive movements to achieve our desired results.

Primary Focus IV - Habit Change and Self-Discipline are key elements to any lasting improvement to our bodies and lives. We will continually challenge our own limits to achieve our personal and fitness goals.
